Casa Matanza & Esme

With its elegant blend of vintage and contemporary design, the boutique sister hotels of Casa Matanza and Esmé offer a sophisticated escape that perfectly complements our immersive STAR retreat. Originally envisioned in the 1920s as an artist's colony, the area quickly became a haven for an eclectic mix of characters, including Al Capone, who is rumored to have operated a gambling syndicate out of one of the buildings now part of the hotel complex. Today, Esmé Miami Beach features eight interconnected buildings with stylish accommodations and vibrant public spaces, including a rooftop bar and pool, and several unique dining options such as a 12 seat omakase sushi restaurant.
